He was so easy to work with and finished two months ahead of schedule! The home is stunning and he has always been one phone call away if we need anything even after closing. In today's business (home building) environment in Raleigh, their are many negative reviews regarding, promptness, communication, professionalism, etc.   In our case, my wife and I had an OUTSTANDING experience with Jason Johnson and J&W Custom Homes.  After the first call to their main office, Jason returned my call in less than 30 minutes, we discussed our plans / home build considerations (new build, smaller home (3BR / 2BA w 2 car garage close to downtown - North Hills area.  We also discussed our more modest budget of $1.3M, which is at the very low end for a lot/new home in this area.  Jason responded positively and proposed a lot and plan that he could possibly make work.  He then told me he'd provide some suggested plans by 4PM the next day.  To my surprise, he sent 3 plans that would work in an email at 8:30AM the next day.  WOW.  How's that for service!!!!  Jason always acted very professionally and was honest and straightforward about the challenges of our proposed plan.  By providing several creative solutions in a very short period of time (less than 24H) in my mind he had gone above and beyond.  I would definitely recommend Jason and J&W Custom Homes for your new home build needs!!!!!
